eLSE 2017 – eLearning and Software for Education
Romania ADL Partnership Center, together with “Carol I” National Defence University, The European Security and Defence College and University Politehnica of Bucharest organized the International Scientific Conference eLearning and Software for Education on April 27-28, 2017. I attended this event as a representative of “A.I. Cuza” Police Academy.
At this conference I organized the workshop “Security Threats for eLearning Systems”. This workshop represented an opportunity to present theoretical and practical aspects regarding eLearning systems security, including websites vulnerabilities, cyber threats, web based attacks, and methods to protect the websites and the data from eLearning platforms. I presented two papers: “A Comprehensive Analysis on Cyber-Threats Against Elearning Systems” and “Strategic Developments in the Field of Cybercrime for the Investigation of Compromised eLearning Systems”. The conference proceedings is indexed in ISI Web of Knowledge, Proquest, CEEOL and EBSCO databases.
