The website of RAISA – Romanian Association for Information Security Assurance was launched. Romanian Association for Information Security Assurance (Romanian name: ARASEC - Asociația Română pentru Asigurarea Securității Informației) is a professional, non-governmental, non-partisan political, nonprofit and public benefit association.
The mission of the association is to promote research and education in information security and to contribute to creation and dissemination of knowledge and technology in this field.

“Information Security” Book Launch
"Information Security" book launch will be held at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Building B, Room B032 on 05.12.2012, at 17:00. The book entitled “Information Security” is written by me and it is a follow-up of the book “Computer System Security”, written in 2007.
The aims of the book “Information Security” are to study security of information systems and to propose different solutions to improve it.
